Hi, these are four 2# weights and one 3# weight in soft plastic enclosures (bags). Lead shot filled. Flexible for comfort and to fit your weight system. The exact weights to the nearest ounce are written on the bags with a Sharpie. Two bags have a tiny pinhole so I covered them with hollywood style grip tape. The tape has lasted a long time.
