Scubapro Scuba Tank Backpack Universal Cinch Conversion Kit. 1982 Model or Later Only. Universal Cinch utilizes tough two inch polyester webbing looped through the backpack and then locked in place with a unique velcro adjustment. This adjustment will accommodate nearly every tank used in diving today and provides a collapsible, easy to store tank band assembly. Secure tensioning is achieved by a stainless steel "cam action" buckle that snaps shut, out of the way, on the left side of the backpack. It is hard to imagine a stronger, more adaptive tank holding mechanism. New, never used.
